Unifying the Pre-Sleep Screen into a Single Flow
Consolidated content selection, alarm setup, and session saving — previously separate steps — into a single, continuous screen flow.
The pre-sleep screen previously required users to move through content selection, alarm configuration, and session saving as independent steps. Each transition broke the interaction flow — a structural issue that does not appear in feature checklists but directly affects usability.
This update redesigns the screen around the pre-sleep timeline as its organizing principle. Session editing is now available inline, and content selection is integrated into the same flow. Recommendation and browse surfaces, which had been sorted by inconsistent criteria, are now aligned to a single standard.
The goal was not to add features but to restructure the screen so that selection, configuration, and start form a single, uninterrupted sequence from entry to action.
