Refining the Sleep Entry Flow
Reworked the screen flow for sleep entry and healing mode. No new features were added; the focus was on reorganizing existing UI elements to create a cohesive, uninterrupted transition through each step.
The sleep entry flow consists of three steps: content selection, alarm setup, and session start. When these steps feel visually disconnected, the transition becomes friction — increasing cognitive load at a moment that demands calm. That disconnect was the starting point for this work.
The selection and confirmation screens for sleep entry, along with the healing mode surface, were reviewed and adjusted. Rather than introducing new features, the work focused on reorganizing existing elements — clarifying visual hierarchy and interaction paths so that each screen's layout matches the intended user sequence. Mode-specific visual language was also aligned for consistency across all surfaces.
Clarity in the pre-sleep UI has a direct impact on reducing drop-off at session entry. This update addresses that directly.
