Mini Player Consistency and Playback Pipeline Alignment
The mini player UI and audio playback pipeline have been realigned to a single source of state, ensuring consistent display and playback behavior across all screens.
The persistent mini player at the bottom of the screen is the most frequently encountered playback control surface. It remains visible across tab navigation, recommendation browsing, and track changes—making any divergence between its displayed state and actual playback a direct issue for perceived reliability.
To address this, the mini player UI and the audio playback pipeline have been realigned to a single shared state reference. Regardless of which screen is active, the player now displays consistent information synchronized with the current playback position. The effects chain—including spatialization and reverb—was also reviewed to confirm it applies accurately along the active playback path. A disconnect between the effects processing stage and the playback pipeline surfaces as audible inconsistency.
With this alignment in place, transitions between modes—such as moving from standard listening into a sleep routine—no longer produce playback interruptions or state mismatches. Track state and effects processing remain consistent as the user navigates across screens.
