Removing Friction from the Diary Writing Flow
Addressed transition gaps in the diary recording flow and clarified permission boundaries in the UI.
The diary feature's end-to-end recording flow was reviewed screen by screen. The core functionality was in place, but discontinuities in transitions and layout were disrupting the overall experience. These gaps are not captured in feature specifications but directly affect usability.
Transitions and screen layouts were refined to improve flow continuity. Within the same scope, the presentation of paywall and permission boundaries was also updated. When access limits are ambiguous, users incur unnecessary cognitive overhead navigating the interface.
The work addressed two objectives: eliminating unnecessary interruptions in the recording flow, and ensuring restricted areas are presented with clear, unambiguous visual distinction.
