Unified content exposure rules across recommendation and discovery surfaces, and refined Diary entry flow and onboarding prompt conditions.
Newly shipped screens often carry subtle inconsistencies — cards of the same type rendering under different exposure rules, or recommendation and discovery surfaces applying divergent content criteria. This work focused on consolidating those inconsistencies under a single, coherent standard.
The primary scope covered exposure rule alignment across moment, inst, recommendation, and discovery. Card rendering and screen transitions were adjusted to operate under consistent rules. Recurring interaction points — video transitions, looping behavior, and lock screen remote controls — were also corrected for consistency.
The Diary area was reviewed separately. The daily entry flow was restructured to ensure uninterrupted navigation between summary and detail views, and the conditions governing initial onboarding prompts were narrowed to prevent unnecessary re-display.
