MOMENT Terms of Service
Please review the terms for using MOMENT services.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MOMENT ('Service Provider') and users regarding the use of the music streaming service ('Service') provided by the Service Provider.

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
1. 'Service' means the music streaming platform provided by the Service Provider.
2. 'User' means members and non-members who receive services provided by the Service Provider under these Terms.
3. 'Member' means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Service Provider, and who can continuously receive information from the Service Provider and use the services provided by the Service Provider.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

- Music streaming service
- Playlist creation and management
- Music recommendation service
- Other services determined by the Service Provider

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Terms Agreement)
1. Membership registration is concluded when the user applies for membership registration and the Service Provider approves such application.
2. When users continue to use the service, they are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
3. The Service Provider may not approve or may terminate the usage contract afterwards for applications that fall under any of the following:
- When the applicant has previously lost membership qualification under these Terms
- When using a false name or another person's name
- When false information is provided or the content presented by the Service Provider is not filled in

Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)
1. Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen.
2. When the information provided during membership registration has changed, members must modify it online or notify the Service Provider of such changes by email or other means.

The Service Provider strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The Service Provider's Privacy Policy and relevant laws apply to the protection and use of personal information.

1. Members must not engage in the following acts:
- Registering false information when applying or making changes
- Stealing others' information
- Changing information posted by the Service Provider
- Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Service Provider or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of the Service Provider or third parties or interfering with their business
- Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 9 (Service Hours)
1. Service use is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, unless there are special business or technical difficulties for the Service Provider.
2. The Service Provider may temporarily suspend the provision of services when reasons such as maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or communication interruption occur.

Article 10 (Service Fees)
This service is basically provided free of charge. However, when using separate paid services (including auto-renewal subscriptions), fees will be charged according to the fees and terms of use displayed on the service screen.
For auto-renewal subscription services such as MOMENT Premium Monthly (1-month subscription) and MOMENT Premium Yearly (1-year subscription), the next billing cycle will automatically begin when the subscription period ends, and will continue to renew unless the user cancels directly.
Subscription cancellation is available in Apple ID Account Settings > Subscription Management.
Fees for paid services follow the fee schedule displayed on the service screen, and payment is made through Apple's payment system.
Paid fees are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply when it is due to the Service Provider's fault.

Article 12 (Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions)
1. When a member wishes to terminate the usage contract, they can apply for contract termination through the account management menu within the service at any time.

Article 13 (Compensation for Damages)
1. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by members in relation to services provided free of charge, except when such damages are caused by the Service Provider's intentional or gross negligence.

1. The Service Provider is exempt from liability for service provision when it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
